Cancel contracts here
You can cancel your contract with Investboard GmbH here directly, without signing in. This is the statutory cancellation page („Verträge hier kündigen“) under Section 312k of the German Civil Code (BGB). Fill in the form and confirm with the „jetzt kündigen“ button (German for “cancel now”). We will confirm receipt to you without undue delay in text form.
What happens next
The decisive time is the time at which your declaration is received by us. We show you this time directly after submission so that you can save or print it.
You will then receive a confirmation in text form at the email address on file for your contract. It contains the content of your cancellation declaration, the date and time of receipt, and the time at which the contract ends.
In the case of an ordinary cancellation, your access remains in place until the end of the current billing period. The cancellation ends the automatic renewal for the future. Details are governed by Section 11 of our Terms of use.
Cancellation is to be distinguished from withdrawal from the conclusion of a contract. Withdrawal dissolves a newly concluded contract retroactively; cancellation ends it for the future.
