Withdrawal notice

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Investboard GmbH, Neuer Wall 10, 20354 Hamburg, Germany, email: support@investboard.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal through the electronic withdrawal function in your Investboard account (after signing in). If you use this function, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal declaration without undue delay on a durable medium, usually by email. The confirmation contains the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time at which it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which your notice of withdrawal from this contract was received by us. We will carry out this reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Withdraw from contract
Signed-in customers can declare their withdrawal directly and electronically in their Investboard account. There we confirm receipt without undue delay on a durable medium. Alternatively, an informal declaration by email or post is sufficient, for example using the model withdrawal form below.
